RETURN POLICY

Baby Tots and Mom has a 14 day MONEY BACK RETURN policy.Refund will be made on original,new,unused and un-washed products purchased from babytotsandmom.com with a copy of an original sales receipt within 14days from date of purchase.

Original condition also means free of smoke, any odours, pet hair, etc.Please note that we DO NOT accept returns that are and /or washed.Due to health regulations,we cannot make exception to this.

We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products.

It is recommended that the returned product be sent by a reliable courier services.We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping

Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt.Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense.
